Our approach to mattress cleaning
Not every mattress can be safely wet cleaned. Materials, layers, construction and manufacturer instructions all matter. We will assess whether the mattress is suitable, explain what can realistically be achieved and give drying guidance where cleaning is appropriate.

Cleaning does not guarantee removal of all stains, odours, dust mites or allergens, and it does not constitute pest eradication or disinfection. Where there is suspected pest activity or significant contamination, a separate assessment may be needed before cleaning.
